  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

    Pour into pie shells. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the pie. Cool on rack.
