Pumpkin Pie Cake

- 2 cans pumpkin (12 oz.)
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix and beat well all of the ingredients except the last 3 items.

2Sprinkle the box of yellow cake mix on top of mixture. Dribble butter over cake mix.

3Top with pecans.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or longer until crisp and brown.

5Serve warm or cold. Can be topped with Cool Whip or ice cream.
