Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix (dry, do not mix with other ingredients)
  • 20 oz. evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 lb. melted butter
  • chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all ingredients (except cake mix) together and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Sprinkle dry cake mix over top and drizzle the melted butter over the top and bake in a 325° oven. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes.

    Add chopped pecans or walnuts sprinkled over top and bake an additional 20 minutes.
