Pumpkin Pie Crumble

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. melted butter

Directions

    Add pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice together.

    Pour into greased 8 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle box of dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture covering completely.

    Sprinkle nuts over cake mixture. Drizzle top of nuts with melted butter and remaining top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; cool completely before cutting into squares.

    Can top with whipped cream.
