  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash of allspice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix pumpkin, sugar and flour.

    Blend until smooth.

    Add eggs and beat.

    Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla and milk. Add melted margarine and mix well.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 450° until lightly brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
