- 2 c. pumpkin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of allspice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix pumpkin, sugar and flour.

2Blend until smooth.

3Add eggs and beat.

4Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla and milk. Add melted margarine and mix well.

5Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Sprinkle with nuts.

7Bake at 450° until lightly brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.

8Cut into squares.
