- 2 cups pumpkin, cooked
- 1 12 cups evaporated milk
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 12 cups rice, cooked
- 12 cup raisins
Directions

1Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices; stir in eggs.

2Add milk and mix well.

3Combine rice and raisins to the mixture and stir together.

4Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and place in a pan of water.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set in the middle.

6Cool completely and top with whipped topping.
