  • 2 cups pumpkin, cooked
  • 1 12 cups evaporated milk
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon ginger
  • 14 teaspoon clove
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups rice, cooked
  • 12 cup raisins

    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices; stir in eggs.

    Add milk and mix well.

    Combine rice and raisins to the mixture and stir together.

    Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and place in a pan of water.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set in the middle.
