- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Butter a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with edges and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

3Pour batter in and spread thinly. Bake 10 minutes at 375°.

4Treat as a jelly roll.

5Roll up in wax paper until cool.

6Unroll and fill with the filling.

7Roll up again. Freeze until ready to use.
