  • 2/3 c. pumpkin (1/2 can)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Pour into a greased and waxed cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts on top and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Loosen edges of cake with knife and turn upside down on tea towel. Remove waxed paper and roll towel and cake into jelly roll.

    Let cool completely.
