  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon before adding other ingredients.

    Grease cookie sheet and cover with wax paper. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    While hot, roll and place in freezer for 15 minutes.

    After cooling down, remove wax paper.
  5. 5
    Spread on filling and roll again.
