  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Grease bottom of 10 x 15 x 1 jelly roll pan and place wax paper over bottom of pan. Grease (Pam). Combine ingredients. Pour into pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on no lint towel. Dump cake onto towel and remove wax paper. Roll lengthwise in towel and let cool.
