- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. pumpkin
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Grease a 10 x 15 x 1/2-inch pan.

2Place waxed paper on pan; grease waxed paper.

3Mix together all ingredients.

4Pour into pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

5Turn on well powdered sugar towel immediately.

6Roll like a jelly roll, in towel after removing waxed paper.

7Cool for 1 hour in refrigerator.

8Unroll and spread with filling.

9Reroll and refrigerate.

10Slice to serve.

11Can top with Cool Whip.
