  • 1 large (24 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 large (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. each cloves, ginger and salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine

Directions

    Blend the pumpkin, evaporated milk, brown sugar, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, salt, eggs, sugar and cinnamon and turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Sprinkle the cake mix and nuts on top.

    Drizzle with the melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

    Cut into squares and use Cool Whip on top.
