  • 24 None frozen mini tart shells, thawed
  • 8 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 None eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • None None ice cream or heavy cream, to serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake tart shells for 5-8 mins.

    Meanwhile, whisk together pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, maple syrup and spices until combined. Distribute between tart shells and bake for 10-12 mins, until just set. Set aside to cool. Serve with ice cream.
