Ingredients

  • 2 boxes gingerbread or spice cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 t. ground cinnamon, ginger or pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions

    1. Prepare gingerbread or spice cake according to pkg directions and cool.

    2. Prepare vanilla pudding and cool.

    3. Into the pudding stir pie filling, brown sugar and spice.

    4. Crumble 1 batch of bread or cake into a large glass bowl.

    5. Layer on half of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip.

    6 Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with whipped cream.

    Refrigerate any leftovers.
