Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1 qt. cranberry juice
  • 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 bottles (2 qt.) ginger ale
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (optional)

Directions

    Freeze cranberries in cranberry juice in plastic container or mold.

    Unmold approximately 1/2 hour to 1 hour before serving punch and place in large punch bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir.

    Makes 36 punch-cup servings.
