- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. ground pecans
- whipped cream
Directions

1In a bowl, beat egg whites stiff.

4In another bowl, crush graham crackers; add baking powder and pecans.

5Mix the dry ingredients with the stiff egg whites. Bake in a greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 350°.
