Directions

   Combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter and melt over low heat on a range or in the microwave.

   Pour this mixture over the cereal and stir to coat.

   Place powdered sugar in a brown bag. Pour cereal mixture into the bag and shake to coat pieces.

   Store in an airtight container.
