  • 2 1/2 ounces lemongrass-infused Roca Patron Reposado tequila (see Note)
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon sweet and sour mix (see Note)
  • 1/4 ounce ginger liqueur
  • Reposado cloud, for serving (see Note)

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add lemongrass-infused tequila, lemon sweet and sour mix and ginger liqueur.

    Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Using a big spoon, gently scoop up the reposado cloud, place on top of drink and serve immediately.
