  • 1 1/2 lb. fat free ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. ground onions
  • 1/2 ground green pepper
  • 1 c. stale bread and oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. grape jam or jelly
  • 1 c. chili sauce

    Mush first 10 ingredients together; roll into small balls (cocktail size).

    Bake on tray in moderate oven at 350° for 1 hour, until golden brown.

    When cool, store in airtight containers in freezer until Christmas or the next big party.
