- 1 qt. broth
- 1 qt. water
- 10 lb. diced potatoes
- 1/2 lb. salt pork, diced
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 3 cans water
- diced onions
Directions

1Fry salt pork until brown.

2Add onions and brown.

3Remove from heat.

4Add 1 cup broth and 1 cup water until 3 cups of each have been added.

5Add potatoes and cook about 10 minutes.

6Add quahaugs and 1 more cup of broth.

7Add tomato soup and water.

8Let simmer until potatoes are cooked.
