- 4 to 6 quail breasts
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 diced apple
Directions

1Place quail breast in pan of water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and arrange breasts in baking dish.

2Make gravy from one can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water and diced apple.

3In a small saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when it begins to boil.

4Pour over quail breasts. Salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
