- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Grease Pyrex dish with the butter.

2Pour in rice and water. Arrange birds on rice.

3Mix sour cream, sherry and cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup thoroughly.

4Pour over birds and cover with foil.

5Cook 1 hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered at 350°.
