- 4 quail (semi-boneless)
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup hydroponic rose petals
Directions

1Marinate the quail in the jalapeno, rose water, honey, and soy overnight in the refrigerator.

2Remove the quail the marinade, and heat the marinade and chicken stock together.

3Boil and reduce until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.

4Grill the quail 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

5Serve with the sauce and hydroponic rose petals.
