- 200 grams fresh curd cheese
- grated rind of a lemon
- 1/8 liter sour cream
- 1 egg
- 150 grams flour
- 10 grams yeast
- a little milk
- 50 grams raisins
- oil
- 50 grams powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, lemon rind, egg and milk-enough to make a batter.

2Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add to the batter . Add raisins.

3With floured hands, form little kroketts (balls) and let them rest a while.
