  • 1 small can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • sour cream
  • taco sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Grease bottom of quiche pan.

    Sprinkle chilies and cheese over bottom.

    Beat eggs and milk together.

    Add Bisquick and beat until smooth.

    Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted at middle comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes before serving.

    Top with sour cream and sauce to taste.
