- 2 pkg. large flour tortillas
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Heat oil in deep skillet.

2Put 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 teaspoon chilies in each tortilla.

3Fold tortillas in half; use 3 toothpicks in each tortilla to hold closed.

4Deep-fry in hot oil 1 minute on each side.

5Using tongs, remove and put on paper towel to drain and cool.

6Makes a great snack or side dish.
