Ingredients: 1 c. salsa; 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated; 1 to 4 jalapeno peppers, minced; 1 small onion; fresh cilantro, chopped; 12 (8-inch) flour tortillas

12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 to 4 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 small onion
fresh cilantro, chopped
12 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

Heat tortillas individually in skillet (just heat, turn and remove from skillet). Spread ingredients evenly on heated tortilla.

Cover with another tortilla, making tortilla sandwich.

Stack on top of each other, cover with foil and bake at 275° to 300° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges.
