  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen corn (8 cups), thawed, well drained and patted dry
  • 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cook VELVEETA and milk in saucepan on low heat 10 min.

    or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

    Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Stir in corn and bacon.

    Bake 15 min.

    Meanwhile, toss with croutons with oil.

    Stir corn mixture; top with croutons.
