  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 lb. cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 precooked 9-inch pie shells

Directions

    Combine eggs, mayonnaise, milk and cornstarch.

    Add to beef, cheese and onions.

    Prebake pie shells for 5 minutes; let cool. Fill each and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until center of pie is set.

    Based on this recipe it yields 8 slices per pie.
