- 1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
- 4 slices bacon
- onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 c. boiled or baked ham, cubed
- 4 slices Swiss cheese (paper thin)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. cream, heated
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Crumble and place in bottom of pie shell.

3Saute onion in bacon drippings.

4Arrange over bacon. Place half of ham and 2 slices cheese over onions.

5Repeat layers of ham and cheese.

6Beat eggs and mustard together.

7Add to warm cream and beat again.

8Pour into pie shell.

9Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 35 minutes.
