- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Bake pie shell at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.

2Set aside 4 shrimp for garnish.

3Dice remaining shrimp.

4Combine eggs, milk, cream and seasonings.

5Arrange shrimp and cheese in partially baked pie shell.

6Pour in egg mixture.

7Top with reserved shrimp. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

8Cool 15 minutes before serving.
