- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 8 oz. chopped Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/3 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine mayonnaise, salt, eggs, milk and wine.

3Mix until well blended.

4Toss cheese with flour.

5Add cheese, crabmeat, celery and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well.

6Pour into pastry shell.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
