  • 1 can white chicken
  • 1 can chunky chicken soup
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Combine chicken, soup, grated cheese, eggs (beaten), cottage cheese, water chestnuts (drained), spinach (drained) and onion. This may be frozen in 2 small freezer bags. Thaw and pour each into a frozen pie shell. Cover with Cheddar cheese slices (optional). Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
