  • 1 (7 oz.) can jalapeno peppers, drained and sliced
  • 5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 eggs (room temperature), slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. picante sauce

Directions

    Coat a 9-inch glass pie pan with nonstick spray; sprinkle peppers evenly over bottom of pan, followed by cheese.

    Combine eggs and picante sauce and add to cheese mixture.

    Let sit for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
