- 1 (7 oz.) can jalapeno peppers, drained and sliced
- 5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 eggs (room temperature), slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
Directions

1Coat a 9-inch glass pie pan with nonstick spray; sprinkle peppers evenly over bottom of pan, followed by cheese.

2Combine eggs and picante sauce and add to cheese mixture.

3Let sit for 10 to 12 minutes.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
