  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham or 1 c. fried bacon, coarsely crumbled
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 c. milk or cream

Directions

    Cover bottom of crust with meat and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour into shell.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes more.

    Serve hot as main luncheon dish with a salad.
