- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisply
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- dash of cayenne
Directions

1Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; mix well.

3Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
