- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 2 c. cream (whipping or light)
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Prepare pastry (Pillsbury Ready Crust). Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

3Slightly beat eggs.

4Beat in remaining ingredients.

5Pour cream mixture into pie plate.

6Bake for 15 minutes at 425°.

7Bake for 30 minutes longer at 300° or until knife comes clean when inserted 1-inch from edge. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
