- 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 12 bacon slices
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 lb. natural Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
- 2 pie crusts
Directions

1Fry bacon, drain and then crumble.

2Preheat oven to 425°. Spread crumbled bacon into pie crust.

3With wire whisk, beat eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg.

4Stir in cheese.

5Pour egg mixture into crust.

6Bake 15 minutes, then turn oven control to 325° and bake an additional 35 minutes.
