- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Bake pastry shell at 450° for 7 minutes, or until lightly browned.

2Sprinkle all but 2 tablespoons of the crumbled bacon on bottom of shell.

3Distribute shredded cheese on top of bacon. Combine flour, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk; pour over cheese and bacon.

4Sprinkle reserved bacon on top.

5Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

6Let cool 20 to 25 minutes.
