- 3 eggs, whipped
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- cayenne to taste
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ham, diced
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
- pastry shell for (9-inch) quiche dish or (10-inch) pie plate
Directions

1Mix eggs, cream, grated cheese and seasonings.

2Saute onion and ham in butter; add bacon and diced cheese and spread evenly in bottom of pastry shell.

3Pour egg mixture over ham mixture and fill to the rim of shell.

4Bake at 400° for approximately 45 minutes or until set.
