  • 9 inches deep dish frozen pie shells
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions
  • 1 12 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Break cooked bacon into pieces.

    Put bacon pieces, onions, and cheese in the bottom of pie shell.

    Combine eggs, milk,salt, salt and pepper and pour over the bacon onions and cheese.

    Bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
