  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper, nutmeg and cayenne

    Cut bacon into small pieces.

    Fry and drain.

    Sprinkle over bottom of unbaked 10-inch pie shell.

    Add cheese.

    Beat eggs until foamy.

    Add sour cream, parsley, onion soup and spices.

    Beat. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes before serving.
