- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper, nutmeg and cayenne
Directions

1Cut bacon into small pieces.

2Fry and drain.

3Sprinkle over bottom of unbaked 10-inch pie shell.

4Add cheese.

5Beat eggs until foamy.

6Add sour cream, parsley, onion soup and spices.

7Beat. Pour into pie shell.

8Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

9Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes before serving.
