- 6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Pet-Ritz regular pie crust shell
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small c. Pet evaporated milk (5 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 325°.

2In bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onions, flour, salt and garlic powder. Toss until well blended.

3Put into crust.

4Beat eggs with evaporated milk.

5Pour over bacon

6mixture.

7Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
