- 12 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream or half and half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

2Pour over the bacon and cheese mixture.

3Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes.

4Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.

5Let stand 10 minutes; cut into wedges and serve.
