  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. chopped chives
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1 can crab meat, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in moderate (350° oven) for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.

    Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
