  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Prick pie shell and bake for 5 minutes at 400°; cool.

    Mix cheese, bacon and onion and place in shell.

    Mix rest of ingredients well and pour on top of cheese, bacon and onion.

    Bake at 375° for 30

    to 35 minutes or until center is firm.
