- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Prick pie shell and bake for 5 minutes at 400°; cool.

2Mix cheese, bacon and onion and place in shell.

3Mix rest of ingredients well and pour on top of cheese, bacon and onion.

4Bake at 375° for 30
