  • 1 unbaked deep 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix cheese and flour.

    Combine rest of ingredients in bowl. Mix in cheese mixture.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
