  • 2 frozen pie crusts
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. loosely grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon or sausage

Directions

    Whip together the eggs; add the whipping cream, cheese and onion.

    Place the bacon or sausage into the pie crust; add the filling.
