  • 5 eggs
  • 23 cup milk
  • sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 12 cup vegetables, chopped
  • 14 cup meat, chopped
  • 14 cup cheese, grated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Oil or butter a pie pan and add the chopped veggies/meat/cheese to the bottom of the pan.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; gently pour this egg mixture over veggies, meat and cheese.

    Cook for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
