Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- softened butter
Directions

1Mix flour and salt in a medium bowl and make a well in the center.

2Pour eggs and 1/2 cup milk into the well.

3Gradually work in flour, whisking until smooth.

4Whisk in 3/4 cup milk.

5Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 30 minutes.

6Heat oven to 450 degrees.

7Preheat muffin or pop-over pan for 10 minutes.

8When hot, brush cups with softened butter.

9Fill cups 2/3 full with pop-over mixture.

10Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

11Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10-15 minutes longer.

12DO NOT open the oven door until finished baking!

13Pop-over will deflate if you do.
